Can cracking your knuckles give u arthrituis?
I crack my knuckles a lot and my sister says i will get arthrituis so i dont know if i can get it by doing that. I looked it up on the computer but it says that u cannot get it so i dont know what i should believe? if someone knows please tell me and reply asap! thanks

The join at your bone consist of soft bone and lubrication. Should you crack your knuckles, the sound is caused by the bone rubbing against each other. If this is done excessively, it can wear down or damage the protective soft bone cover between the join. Whether, this will cause arthritis, is unknown.
